Every computer center in SHA has one or more staff people called monitors who are there every hour the computer centers are open. Each monitor is a resident in the building with unique computer skills. They are happy to answer any questions you have and know many useful sites for you to go to learn about a variety of topics.
All of the computers centers are coordinated from SHA's central office and have two staff members dedicated to making the computer centers work for you.

This is Hassan Gadid. He fixes the computers when they have problems. He is knowledgeable about all kinds of educational and computer related things. He is a resident. He is a certified teaching assistant. He likes to answer questions about computers.
